The Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Foundation Biznis start centar from Bar, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, starting at 09:00, in the premises of the Biznis start centar Bar (Bulevar revolucije bb, Poslovni centar Kula A, 85000 Bar), is organizing a seminar:
'From tradition to digitization: How to improve business in the online era'
The seminar is intended for entrepreneurs and managers who want to adapt their business to modern trends and increase competitiveness on the market. The topic we will discuss is how digitization changes the way of conducting business and introduces new business models. Special emphasis will be placed on the role of management in the process of digital transformation, as well as on the importance of digital marketing in building a brand and attracting customers. In addition, participants will receive practical guidance on entering online sales and budgeting digitization costs. Also, one part of the seminar will present the online application for the Bar Municipality grant - how the digital application facilitates the application and reduces the volume of documentation.
The goal of the lecture is to provide attendees with a clear picture of how to properly utilize the potential of the digital age and turn digitization from an expense into an investment that brings growth and sustainable business value. In times of turbulent changes, this is a very important topic for the competitiveness of organizations in all areas, especially in the context of Montenegro as a tourist destination and all the specificities of our market.
