Invitation to the Training “AI as a Business Support Tool” in Nikšić

The Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Foundation Business Start-up Center Bar and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis, are organizing a training session entitled “AI as a Business Support Tool”, which will take place on 10 November 2026, at the premises of IPC Tehnopolis in Nikšić, starting at 9:00 AM.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly transforming the way companies operate, communicate with customers, make business decisions and improve their processes. Its application creates numerous opportunities to increase productivity, optimize business operations, develop innovative products and services, and strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.

The aim of the training is to introduce participants to the practical applications of artificial intelligence in business, present concrete examples of using generative AI across different industries, and provide guidance on identifying business challenges that can be addressed through appropriate AI solutions.

The training will cover the following topics:

• The impact of artificial intelligence on modern business;

• Application of AI tools in marketing, communication and customer relations;

• Using artificial intelligence for data analysis and market research;

• Business process optimization and productivity improvement;

• Developing an AI strategy and selecting appropriate technological solutions;

• The European Union regulatory framework, data protection and intellectual property;

• Ethical considerations and the safe implementation of artificial intelligence in organizations.

The training will be delivered by Tara Miranović, MSc, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Consultant at Eurolink, who has experience in projects involving the strategic, innovative and responsible application of emerging technologies in business and education. Her academic and research background covers digital business, economics, artificial intelligence and ethics.

The training is intended for business representatives, entrepreneurs and anyone interested in improving their business operations through the application of modern digital technologies. Through practical examples and discussion, participants will have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and gain a better understanding of how AI can contribute to more efficient operations and business development.
