Startting of Service Accelerator within GreenSET project
Business Start Center Bar (BSC Bar) began the service delivery process on March 2, 2026, within the Service Accelerator program for the companies Golden Frog Boat, Nova Sidera, Domaći špajz, and In Bar TA Ave Tours, as part of the GreenSET project. The program is focused on the development and improvement of business services through structured and practical support to enterprises.
The Service Accelerator is a professional support program designed for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, with the goal of developing new services and enhancing existing ones, particularly in the tourism sector. Through this process, companies gain access to individual consulting, mentoring support, and practical tools for developing sustainable and market-competitive solutions.
The program is based on the MEDSSIM methodology, which guides participants through the key stages of service development—from analysis and idea generation to validation and business model development. The process, during which intensive work will be carried out on business analysis, will last two months and aims to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, enable more efficient use of resources, and create new revenue streams through innovative services.
During the implementation so far, the participating companies have demonstrated strong interest, active engagement, and a clear commitment to growth and business improvement.
By the end of the program, it is expected that each participating company will develop a concrete service concept and improved business models tailored to market needs.
