Mentoring Meetings Held as Part of the “Leadership Skills Development” Project

Another productive gathering of participants from the “Leadership Skills Development” project took place on February 10 and 11, 2025, at the premises of BSC Bar. The mentoring sessions were facilitated by communication and leadership expert Slavica Striković.

During the meetings, participants reviewed the progress of their planned local initiatives and discussed the next steps in their advocacy efforts. Among the key initiatives previously launched were the installation of public lighting in the Zeleni Pojas neighborhood and the construction of accessible ramps for people with disabilities in the Makedonsko Naselje area.

According to the most recent updates, the participants’ lobbying efforts with local authorities have been successful, and the implementation of these initiatives is expected to begin soon.

The project “Leadership Skills Development and Inclusive Governance” is implemented by Biznis Start Centar Bar in cooperation with the NGO Ženska akcija, with the support of the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights of Montenegro.
